RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

  • At the request of the CFO, operate and manage the Corporate Reporting and Analytics Department in a company with 23,000 employees, 30 locations in 5 states, and around $5 billion in revenue.

 

  • The department, made up of a highly skilled team of 10 Analyst and Project Mangers, including 1 Director and 2 Managers, worked directly with all C-Level leaders to evaluate financial and operational information in order to produce key, decision-making reports that would directly impact the direction of the business.

 

  • The team was responsible for the ownership and development of over 500 financial and operational reports, over 300 Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs), and hundreds of Projects covering a multitude of subject matters including, but not limited to: Net Revenue, Productivity, Cost Allocation, Human Resources, Quality, Productivity, Service Line and Revenue Cycle.

 

  • Successfully developed and implemented a departmental reorganization to increase team productivity, create redundancies and backups, and ensure prioritization of company goals and objectives. The change also improved intercompany communication between departments.

 

  • Initiated and led the companywide transition to the Microsoft Power BI reporting platform. The team oversaw the conversion of old reports, creation of new reports, administering the tool and as the subject matter experts, assisted all other areas of the company in their use of the tool.

 

  • At the request of the CFO, participated in the inaugural  Ardent Leadership program.
